Talking about the details of the design layout of the circuit board

When designing a circuit board, we have to consider some details of the circuit board layout. For example, identical electronic components should be neatly arranged and oriented in the same direction. What are the specific considerations? Let's take a look with me~



①. The layout of the circuit board is reasonably divided according to the electrical performance, and is generally divided into: digital circuit area (that is, afraid of interference and interference), analog circuit area (afraid of interference), and power drive area (interference source);

②. The circuits that complete the same function should be placed as close as possible, and the components should be adjusted to ensure the most concise connection; at the same time, the relative position between the function blocks should be adjusted to make the connection between the function blocks the most concise;

 

③. For high-quality components, the installation location and installation strength should be considered; heating components should be placed separately from temperature-sensitive components, and thermal convection measures should be considered if necessary;

 

④. The I/O drive device is as close as possible to the edge of the printed board and the lead-out connector;

 

⑤. Clock generators (such as crystal oscillators or clock oscillators) should be as close as possible to the device using the clock;

 

⑥. Between the power input pin of each integrated circuit and the ground, a decoupling capacitor (generally a monolithic capacitor with good high-frequency performance is used); when the circuit board space is relatively dense, a decoupling capacitor can also be added around the integrated circuit Tantalum capacitors.

 

⑦. A discharge diode should be added to the relay coil (1N4148 is enough);

 

⑧. The layout of the circuit board is required to be balanced, dense and orderly, and it should not be top-heavy.

 

When designing the circuit board layout, the actual size (occupied area and height) of the components and the relative position of the components should be considered to ensure the electrical performance of the circuit board and the feasibility and convenience of production and installation. On the premise of ensuring that the above principles are reflected, The placement of components should be appropriately modified to make it neat and beautiful. Therefore, the above aspects must be considered when laying out the circuit board.
